Class Formats 
Core
An add-on to target the core every which way.  Equipment:  mat, stability ball, resistance band
SLIM & Strength
SLIM (Simple Low Impact Moves} offers an easy-to-follow aerobic workout, ideal for building cardiovascular fitness and improving mind-body connection.  20 minutes of SLIM followed by upper/lower body training, barre and core work.  Equipment:  weights, resistance bands, chair or counter (for barre) 
ZIN Studio
During the pandemic, Zumba has relaxed its usual copyright restrictions and allowed pre-recorded classes using songs chosen from an extensive list approved for video publication.  Choose any class from the ZIN Studio Library.
Zumba
The joy of dance meets the strength-building power of fitness in this feel-good workout with great music and amazing results.  Let it move you!  ​ 
Zumba & MC
Zumba for 45 minutes followed by upper body conditioning and core.  Equipment:  dumbbells 
​Zumba & Pump
Zumba with a few intervals of kettlebell training for a full body workout.  Equipment:  kettlebell or dumbbell. 
Wednesday night class format alternates weekly between Zumba and Zumba Pump.

Zumba Basics
A fun, easy-to-follow class ideal for beginners.  Learn the moves, the core rhythms and the fitness behind them so you can rock any Zumba class anywhere or integrate seamlessly into our regular classes.  Offered periodically as a workshop.  
Zumba Gold
All the great music and fun of a Zumba class in a low intensity, easy-to-follow version ideal for older adults, deconditioned individuals or anyone new to fitness
Zumba Rhythms
An instructional dance class with focus on the core steps, technique and attitude of a specific rhythm each week followed by a few songs from the genre of the day.  A great add-on to your Zumba workout or a stand-alone to learn some dance moves from Tango, Bachata, Flamenco, Salsa, Cumbia, Merengue and Reggaeton.
Zumba Step

The conditioning power of the step platform combined with the fun and energy of Zumba music and choreography
Zumba Interval 
Zumba and (optional) Zumba Step with intervals of resistance for a great total body workout that will leave you feeling strong and energized.  Equipment:  resistance band, step if available
