Kathy Lewis

A water-loving woman of many talents, Kathy is a 200 Hour Certified Yoga Teacher as well as a World Paddle Association Stand-Up Paddle (SUP) and SUP Yoga Instructor.  She also holds her Level 1 Paddle Canada Kayak certification.  Kathy partnered with Campbellford SUP Paddle in summer 2019 to offer highly popular SUP Yoga classes on the Trent River throughout the season.  She's now partnered with Love It and the West School Collective to bring you a range of unique Yoga programs on terra firma.


Best known for her long relationship with Bellydancing, Allison has performed with The Firelights Bellydance Troupe for many years and started leading her own Bellydance classes in Campbellford in 2017.  She is a regular presenter of Bellydance workshops at Rustic Mama Retreats.  Allison joined the Love It team after completing her Zumba license training in June 2019. She loves working with beginners and will be leading our Zumba Basics programs.

Allison Townsend

A fitness industry veteran, the founder of Love It Fitness has been a certified pro since 1992 with a long-standing career in private and public sector program management.   As well as tradtional fitness, she is licensed to teach Zumba, Zumba Step and Zumba Kids.

Susan Pomfret

Melissa has been in the fitness industry for many years. A certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, she was the Group Fitness Supervisor at the YMCA in Kitchener for 7 years before moving to Trent Hills.  She is also certified in various Yoga disciplines. Melissa has joined the Love It Fitness team to offer a variety of cardio, strength and mobility classes catering to all levels of fitness.  She ensures that options are offered for everyone to get their best workout on any given day.  As well as working part time for the YMCA in Brighton as a Personal Trainer and Fitness instructor, Melissa runs her own home studio for both Personal Training and Yoga.
