SLIM® - Simple Low Impact Moves
Fun and easy-to-follow low impact aerobics are a great total body workout for all levels, ideal for building cardiovascular fitness and mind-body connection.
Focus on building strength, lean muscle and bone density with resistance work. This class uses body weight and a variety of equipment including weights, kettlebells and bands, suitable for all fitness levels.
