Class Descriptions

Intervals of Hi/Lo or SLIM,  Zumba®,  Zumba® Step and Muscle will leave you worked, energized and stronger!  

​SLIM® - Simple Low Impact Moves
Classic easy-to-follow low impact aerobics ending with muscle, core and flexibility work. Great for new exercisers and/or rehab!

​Traditional layered step choreography using the Reebok adjustable height platform.

Zumba® Basics
Great for beginners, this class introduces the basic latin rhythms (cumbia, salsa, reggaeton, merengue) and delivers the fun of Zumba at a moderate pace with simple easy-to-learn choreography.

An addictive blend of latin and world rhythms coupled with energizing choreography in a cardio dance class.  Exercise has never been this much fun!  Let it move you!

Zumba® Step
This specialty module from Zumba® Fitness combines the strengthening power of step with the energizing fun of a Zumba® class.
