Class Descriptions


All classes are beginner friendly and cater to all levels of fitness and experience.

Yoga classes:  Please bring your own mat if you have one.  Studio mats are also available.


Gentle Yoga

Practicing yoga can help to connect mind and body, and create balance in life by taking the time to be present in the moment.  You will leave this class feeling refreshed, relaxed and renewed. Class is appropriate for all levels but geared towards those with little to no previous experience. 


Mash-Up
Intervals of SLIM,  Zumba®,  Zumba® Step and Muscle will leave you worked, energized and stronger.  


Relax & Restore Yoga

Stretches, guided meditation and savasana help to relax, refresh and restore you mid-week.  Blankies provided.


​SLIM® - Simple Low Impact Moves
Classic easy-to-follow low impact aerobics ending with muscle, core and flexibility work. Great for new exercisers and/or rehab, or anyone seeking a great workout.


Strength & Stretch

Focus on building strength, lean muscle and bone density with resistance work.  This class uses body weight and a variety of equipment including weights, kettlebells and bands, suitable for all fitness levels.  The last 20 minutes offers up a relaxing stretch incorporating movements to improve overall mobility.


Yoga for Every Body

An ideal class for beginners, and a perfect class to try if you feel that yoga is not for you.  Learn the basics of asanas and breathwork with blocks and straps used to ease you into a practice to call your own.   

Zumba® Basics
Great for beginners, this class introduces the basic latin rhythms (cumbia, salsa, reggaeton, merengue) and delivers the fun of Zumba with simple choreography.

Zumba® 
An addictive blend of latin and world rhythms coupled with energizing choreography in a cardio dance class.  Exercise has never been this much fun!  Let it move you!


Zumba® Step
This specialty module from Zumba® Fitness combines the strengthening power of step with the energizing fun of a Zumba® class.
